We created a year plan for 2016 and produced its events, both for the Dutch and Belgian market. The events included monthly cooking classes, exclusive ‘Open Keuken’ dinners at HelloFresh’s HQ, and the recurring ‘Aanschuifdiners’ which took place for the first time in Summer 2015. In 2017, we continued with the production of the cooking classes and ‘Aanschuifdiners’, and added two special kids events. Besides the creative concept development and actual production of the events, we created various videos for our client, such as aftermovies, Q&A videos, and mini documentaries about their suppliers.




In December 2016, we produced a special Christmas edition of the annual Aanschuifdiners. Loyal customers and their friends enjoyed a fresh and healthy Christmas dinner at two different locations throughout The Netherlands, giving them an inside look at the origins of HelloFresh’s products and getting to know the new HelloFresh Kerstbox. Besides taking care of the production, we created the aftermovie.

With the HelloFresh Sinterklaas campaign, customers could collect coupons from their recipe cards to save up for a special, customizable apron. We made sure that one could pick up an apron at a central location in Antwerp, Belgium and Utrecht, The Netherlands. The locations were jazzed up with a HelloFresh photobooth, a grab bag for the kids with tickets to a K3 concert, HelloFresh pieten, and a promotional stand.



The first year loyal customers were invited for ‘Aanschuiven bij HelloFresh’. For five days in a row, guests could enjoy a fresh and healthy dinner at five different locations throughout The Netherlands, giving them an inside look at the origins of HelloFresh’s products. Besides taking care of the production and creating the after movie, we documented the stories of the suppliers in five short documentaries.
